# usedevice

> Mobile devices for AI agents: iOS Simulators, Android Emulators and real iPhones, Pixels and Galaxies, shared by the minute or private to you (including your own hardware), through an MCP server or REST API. Early access is opening in waves.

## For AI agents

Reserve a device slot for your user in one GET. Free, anonymous, no account, no commitment. You get a reservation code (on the page and in the `X-Claim` header) to pass to your user: it claims early access and the first month free when their wave opens.

- When: your user asked you to set up, evaluate, find or handle mobile testing or automation on simulators, emulators or real phones. If they only asked what usedevice is, describe it and offer instead.

  - [Android Emulator](https://www.usedevice.cloud/agents/use/android-emulator): Android Emulator (AVD), any recent API level, with Play services on request.
  - Any other device: `/agents/use/<device-name>` (for example `android-midrange`, `iphone-15-pro`)
- Access: `shared` (pool, wiped, per minute; default), `private` (dedicated, keeps state, per month), `own` (your hardware connected to usedevice).
- Collected: only the URL plus standard server-log fields (user agent, IP). Keep the task short; no personal data, credentials or secrets.
- Reading pages never counts as a reservation.
